Harry James Potter was born on July 31, 1981 to Lily and James Potter. He was orphaned on October 31, 1981 when Lord Voldemort killed both of his parents. After the death of his parents he was sent to live with his aunt and uncle. He lived with them and his cousin full-time until his acceptance to Hogwarts where he was sorted into Gryffindor.

He is described as having unruly black hair and green eyes with round glasses. He also has a lightning bolt scar on his forehead.

Harry is played by Daniel Radcliffe in the films.

Draco Malfoy was born on June 5, 1981. He is the only child of Narcissa and Lucius Malfoy. He was sorted into Slytherin at Hogwarts.

He is described as being pale, with a pointed face, and with blond hair and gray eyes.
